One of the most distinctive pieces of the Everett Collection is the Lemons Stepped Mirror. It was inspired by steps and architectural shapes such as the Coliseum in Rome. The Lemons has a strong presence with its large scale and deep steps. Skip liked taking the simple idea of steps creating concentric squares to a depth of eight inches. While it is a functional mirror, its strong architectural form creates art.
